FPM Stampi works in an industrial district, that of Brescia, which is lively and flexible, with extensive know-how in the processing of plastic and aluminium. This is just one of the strengths that allows the company to offer customers a complete service. Thanks to the strong partnerships built over 40 years, FPM has expanded its core business by providing complementary processes to the production of moulds for the die casting of non-ferrous metals and plastic injection moulds. Having a single contact that works as a prime contractor and liaises directly with the customer and with all the other suppliers means the customer saves time and money.

The province of Brescia is an area with over 300 companies specialised in the die-casting sector and 250 in the plastics sector. This industrial base translates into a high-performance district. In actual fact, within an hour’s drive of FPM there are 400 mould companies each specialised in a phase of mould making, all within the Brescia industrial district which is made up of 13,000 manufacturing companies that generate an annual turnover of 36 billion.The resulting advantage is the high degree of specialisation that characterises the companies which perform only one or a limited number of specific processes.
