Tailor-made solutions that leave their mark
The study in co-design with the customer allows the team of professionals of FPM Stampi to develop high-performance tailor-made solutions, in full compliance with industry regulations. It is necessary to first evaluate the weight values, the shrinkage variable, the pressure and the cooling times and consider that there are no large areas in the piece to be obtained, i.e. parts of the object much larger than all the others, a situation that would create problems of uneven piece cooling. The design of thermoplastic moulds is carried out within the company: the data analysed in the process are handled with the utmost confidentiality to guarantee customers the study of specific products, just as unique as their designs.
