The test that reduces waste
The injection simulation service for die casting aims to evaluate production variables and avoid problems in the process, such as the presence of bubbles in the cast obtained. In order to avoid this problem, work is carried out on the injection points to ensure optimal filling of the mould. Thanks to engineering, tools are used to perform injection simulations, which evaluate the conditions and develop the best solution. The filling simulation and the study of the casting behaviour are performed by FPM Stampi with the aid of advanced software, to guarantee a high-performance result for the customer.
